Responsibilities:

To exercise work on organizational and technical support of the administrative activities of the General Manager;

Accept incoming correspondence for consideration by the head, transfer it in accordance with the made decision to the structural units or a specific executor for use in the process of work or preparing answers;

Maintain office work, perform various operations with the use of computer equipment designed for the collection, processing and presentation of information in preparation and decision-making;

Accept documents and personal applications for the signature of the General Manager;

Prepare documents and materials necessary for work of the General Manager;

To monitor the timely consideration and submission by structural units and specific executors of documents handed over to the General Manager for signature;

Organize the telephone conversations of the manager, record the information received in his absence and bring to its attention its content, transmit and receive information on the receiving and negotiating devices (tele fax), as well as the telegram, in a timely manner brings to its attention information obtained through communication channels;

On the instructions of the manager to compose letters, requests, other documents, prepare answers to the authors of letters;

To carry out work on preparation of penal sessions and meetings held by the Director General (collection of necessary materials, notification of participants about the time and place of the meeting, agenda, their registration), keep and draw up minutes of meetings;

Translate various documents from a foreign language into Russian and vice versa;

Provide the work place of the General Manager with necessary means of organizational equipment, stationaries; and create conditions that conducive to effective work;

Print, at the directions of the General Manager, the official materials necessary for his work or enter current information into database;

Organize the reception of visitors, facilitate prompt consideration of requests and suggestions of employees;

Form the cases in accordance with the approved nomenclature, ensure their safety and archive them;

Maintain a personal calendar of the General Manager;

Execute other official assignments of the General Manager.

Requirements:

Education: Higher education

Work experience: not required

Knowledge and skills:

Ability to work in team, high level of personal responsibility;

Literate written and spoken speech, readiness for multitasking

Languages: min upper-intermediate English, Turkish (advantage)

Computer skills: Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Power Point, Internet, Outlook
